I am a qualified Developmental Educator who started as a support worker while completing the degree. I work with individuals across the lifespan, supporting them to regulate their emotions, develop daily routines tailored to their needs, support with social and relationship skills development. While working as a DE I find it important to regularly engage in professional development which I do through attending webinars and workshops, along with lots of regular listening to podcasts to support me to broaden my knowledge.
