Your DE work experience:
I have held positions within the disability space across public, community and now private sectors for the past 19 years. Positions included positive behaviour support (a large proportion of my time), case management and accommodation services for children and adults. I have also been a past committee member for ASID Victoria, and I am a current board member with BSPA.
Why you joined the Board:
DE’s are still relatively unknown across Australia. I am keen to help grow the sectors knowledge of the great work that we do as DE’s and why having a DE within the workforce is a huge benefit for both the people we support and those around us!
