I have specialised in providing support to people living with disability from culturally diverse backgrounds . My work has been based around the intersectionality of culture and disability, and understanding the importance of looking at supports through a cultural lens.
Why you joined the Board:
I am passionate about promoting the essential role that DEs play and debunking myths that exist within the NDIA around the scope of practice for DEs. I want to support the profession to raise its profile and become nationally recognised.
